Post: Senior Executive – Quality Assurance

Job Description:

• IPQA of Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging and Dispatch activities
• Verification of production related documents.
• To monitor media fill processes & ensure documentation.
• Review of SOP’s, Protocols, B.P.R’s & other quality and production related
• Responsible to ensure the calibration/ validation of equipment/ instruments
• To ensure collection of rinse sample, finished sample, retained samples and CDL sample & completion of related documentation
• Coordinate with QC and Warehouse department for manufacturing related
• Preparation of QA SOPs and summary protocol.
• Responsible for Process Validation  Activities.
• Responsible for monitoring & implementation on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in production areas.
• Preparation of  documents pertaining to Batch release and SAP  release
• Issuance & Control of Documents.
• Handling of Change control/ Deviation/ CAPA/ Risk assessment.
• Handling of Product complaint
• Personnel’s from Biological Operation with vaccine background having good exposure of GMP environment are preferred.
